Job Purpose
To supply complete consumer care and income series offerings to all eThekwini Municipality clients and shoppers of the Service Centre.
Key Responsibility Areas
Process and habits all municipal account operations.
Contribute to carrier excellence initiatives.
Provide facts on access.
Process all relevant administrative requirements.
Initiate corrective measures and guard the municipality towards workable revenue losses.
Process requests for dollars and /or changes to patron accounts.
Disseminate data on ancillary products.
Amend client statistics details.
Negotiate jointly desirable fee arrangements.
Support with the education of new staff.
Process all repayments and financial institution all income collected.
Receipt and well-known digital payments.
Administer repayments for a number of specialized municipal services.
Administer the issuing of smooth documents.
Essential Requirements
A suitable degree of secondary education.
6 months of applicable experience.
Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements
Matric/Grade 12.
12 months of applicable experience.
