REQUIREMENTS: ABET Level 4/ Grade 12 plus experience in the field. The incumbent has to understand the operation of equipment, tools, and chemicals; technical maintenance; occupational health, and safety. He /She should have the following skills: interpersonal, fundamental literacy, effective communication, and technical skills.

DUTIES: The incumbent will be accountable for the upkeep of workplace buildings, conduct regular constructing inspections, and attend to minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry problems. Delivery of workplace buildings, protection of workplace equipment, furniture, restore damaged furniture, equipment, and file defects. Safekeeping of upkeep materials equipment and supplies.
