Qualifications
• Grade 12 or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Excellent client provider skills

Experience:
• Previous retail journey would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding purchaser provider to provide clients a brilliant purchasing experience

• Assist buyers to discover the items and merchandise that they are searching for
• Attend to client queries/complaints

1. Cashier duties

• Process money and card payments
• Process Lay Bys
• Process purchaser refunds
• Reporting discrepancies and troubles to the supervisor
• Till balancing

1. Merchandising

• Ensure that inventory is effectively priced and displayed
• Ensure product availability of the income floor
• Housekeeping
• Keeping up to date with promotions

1. Risk

• Ensure that merchandise are tagged in line with the organisation policy
• Participating in inventory takes
• Be on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent things to do and record any suspicious behaviour to Management
