• Brief and Debrief the drivers
• Report and record any non-conformity with regards to customer requirements
• Maintain a high level of hygiene of the work area
• Work within operating areas, as determined by Management and the needs of the business
• Perform administrative duties / tasks in line with the relative Standard Operating Procedures and safe working practices
• Ensure that instructions to the drivers are clearly communicated
• Ensure that service delivery is timeous and accurate
• Support and enable fleet management to maintain fleet – assist with filing
• Costing of trip manifest
• Attend to queries relating to freight lists
• Costing of trip manifest
• Report daily captured trip sheet and KPI’s
• Obtain information from drivers and the creation of trip manifest for haul operation
• Ensure a high level of communication is maintained with both internal and external customers
• Be actively involved in and support change initiatives
• Honesty and pride in your job and an eye for detail
• Adhere to SHE rules and best practices
• Conduct daily inspection of vehicles and take corrective action
• Booking of vehicles for services / Tyres replacements / Repairs
• Manage uplifts and PODs ensure POD KPI`s are met at all times
• Liaising with workshop with WIP
• Capture all transport related data ( Fuel , R&M )
• Manage the trips on the Drive Cam and MIX
• Renewing Licenses and COF`s
• Ensuring vehicles loaded correctly according to invoices and Plan received
• Ensure that product safety, quality and integrity is not compromised
