MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have:

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Ability to load and offload stock
• Ability to perform hard manual labour
• Good customer-service skills
• Ability to assist with stock control
• Ability to maintain clean and tidy premises
• Good physical health
• Accurate and thorough approach to work
• Strong service orientation

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Maintain the overall tidiness of the premises.
• Carry out general housekeeping duties.
• Assist customers and suppliers with loading and offloading stock.
• Handle stock according to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with stock-control activities.
• Provide customer service.
• Perform general manual work.
• Complete ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
• Help maintain an organised and efficient retail environment.
