REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 / National Certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Retail or food experience is advantageous
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Reliable, honest, and a good team player

DUTIES

  • Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers with product information and promotions
  • Replenish shelves and rotate stock
  • Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards
  • Follow health, safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures
  • Operate the cashier when required
  • Report stock shortages, quality issues, and suspicious activities
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and minimize stock losses
  • Perform basic administrative duties
  • Work with team members to achieve store targets
