Job Description

The VKB Group is a leading agricultural company that supports farmers and operates across the entire food supply chain, including processing, logistics, and marketing. NTK Retail Settlers is looking for a General Worker to assist with stock management, customer service, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

Job Purpose

To market and sell merchandise according to company targets, assist customers, manage stock effectively, and ensure the availability of products while maintaining excellent service standards.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
• Experience in a relevant field will be advantageous
• Clear criminal record
• Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail
• Ability to add value to daily operations and responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with stock management and stock control
• Market products and provide customer assistance
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
• Resolve customer queries within the approved mandate
• Merchandise stock and replenish shelves when required
• Ensure products are available for customers at all times
