REQUIREMENTS: ABET Certificate or equivalent, Good communication skills. Have the ability to work under pressure. People-oriented.

DUTIES: Provision of cleaning services. Cleaning of offices, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms, dusting and waxing office furniture. Sweeping, scrubbing and waxing of the floor, vacuuming and shampooing floor. Cleaning walls, windows, and doors. Emptying and cleaning of dirt bins. Collect and removing of waste papers. Freshen the office areas. Clean the general kitchen by cleaning of basins. 186 Wash and keep stock of kitchen utensils Cleaning the restrooms by refilling hand wash liquid soap. Replace toilet papers, hand towels and refreshers. Empty and wash waste bins Keep and maintain cleaning materials and equipment’s. Report broken cleaning machines and equipment Cleaning of machines (microwaves, vacuum cleaners etc) equipment after use Request cleaning materials.
