Primary purpose of the job
To operate equipment in accordance with company’s standards and operating procedures
Education/Qualification & Experience
Grade 12, Strictly Mathematics & Physical Science
Manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
Job Requirements
Key Performance Areas
Efficiently and accurately operate equipment according to operating procedures, instructions, and schedules
Ensure prime quality production in accordance with the quality plan
Adhere to the operating requirements that were assigned to you.
Continuously reporting to the Production Technician on any observed defects
/Deviation, unsafe conditions from the operating parameters or production requirements.
Accurate calibration of gauges at the start of the shift
Applying appropriate roll-bending pressures to avoid pinching as per SOP
Adhere to safe work practice and good housekeeping (6S)
