Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at MR Atteridgeville. In this role, you will assist the pharmacist with Centralised Chronic Medication Dispensing and Distribution, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.

This is a part-time role.

Job Objectives
Receiving CCMDD parcels according to the manifests electronically and manually.
Open CCMDD consignments and pack parcels according to a system.
Hand out CCMDD parcels according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) electronically and manually.
Compile a spreadsheet for all parcels according to SOPs.
Compile reports.
Housekeeping.
Qualifications
Essential:

Grade 12 qualification
Experience
Desirable:

Administrative experience
Knowledge and Skills
Computer literate
Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems
Bilingual, preferably fluent in Afrikaans and English
Strong administration skills
Engaging & friendly personality
Knowledgeable of stock-receiving procedures
Solid understanding of customer service principles

Desirable:
Healthcare product knowledge
