Job Description

• Vacuum office passages
• Vacuum offices and work areas, as they open
• Sweep, scrub and mop laboratory floors, countertops and cupboards
• Cleaning and Dusting
• Windows
• Desks
• Doors
• Dishes
• Cupboards
• Make tea and coffee for guests, and person with guests
• Do dishes and cups (wash, dry, pack away)
• Clean stairs and rails
• Clean, dust and polish furniture and fittings
• Sweep, scrub and vacuum/mop floors
• Clean walls and inside of windows
• Clean and disinfect kitchen, toilet and bathroom fixtures and floors
• Clean areas surrounding buildings, such as paths and entrances
• Empties rubbish bins from offices, canteen, kitchen, bathrooms, laboratories
• Make sure toilet and cleaning supplies are maintained by weekly stocktake
• Prepares cleaning equipment for the next day, such as washing and drying rags

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric/ Grade 12 qualification
