PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To make certain compliance to the Mine Health and Safety Act, organisational requirements, and different associated acts by using conducting Inspections, audits, and via utilising different SHEQ systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, AND QUALITY

Comply with SHEQ necessities (SHEQ Toolbox)
Utilize the Information Management System (IMS) to initiate, inspect and file SHEQ status.
CUSTOMERS

Ensure Customer Satisfaction
BUSINESS PROCESSES

Generate SHEQ gadget reviews to make sure prison compliance and different requirements
Conduct on the job coaching and coaching
Conduct scheduled audits and Inspections as required via legislative and organisational requirements
Analyse SHEQ information/data to discover developments and take/recommend fantastic action
Implement and display adherence SHEQ Standards in accordance to prison requirements
Develop and take part in SHEQ recognition campaigns/Interventions
Monitor SHEQ machine compliance
Monitor the SHEQ compliance with the aid of contractors on site
Provide SHEQ education associated to the SHEQ systems
Conduct and facilitate incident investigation in accordance to legal necessities and organizational needs
Workplace Competencies

Skills:

Competency A & B
ISO Auditors Certification ISO 45001, ISO 9001,14001, will be advantageous
Knowledge:

MS OFFICE and related software

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

Computer Literacy
COMSOC 1,2,3 or National Safety Diploma
Blasting Certificate or Trade Certificate
5 Years’ Experience in a mining environment
