Job description
A new and unique luxury hotel in Skukuza is seeking F&B service personal to join their team. The hotel is situated in a unique setting in one of the world’s most iconic national parks – with lions, leopards, and elephants as your neighbours – if this excites you, and you are an organised, smart and enthusiastic individual this might just be your dream job.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Friendly, diligent service levels at all times
F&B waitering roles
Cleaning of dining space
Preparing and set-up for dining times
Room service delivery
Beverage serving
Food serving
Requirements
Education and experience required:

Matric
Experience in 4/5 star property
Similar experience in a hospitality role
The ideal candidate will have:

Similar experiences in high-end establishments
Excellent F&B knowledge
Excellent command of the English language
Well-groomed & Confident
Matric
Knowledge, skills, and competencies:

Knowledge of and compliance with food safety standards
Customer service and communications skills
Contribute to effective teamwork
Friendly and service orientated
Reliable, responsible, and dependable to fulfill obligations
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
