Job Description
The Pump Attendant in our operation is a character who holds a necessary and key position. The Pump Attendant will be responsible for filling all trucks with diesel and recording the everyday diesel usage.

Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 1 years’ applicable working experience.
Matric / Grade 12.
Code 10 or greater Driver’s License.

Duties & Responsibilities
Take and report opening dip readings daily.
Checking fluid tiers (Engine coolant / Engine oil).
Housekeeping at Fuel-bay area.
Take and report closing dip readings daily.
Submit gasoline sheets to the Transport Clerk on an everyday basis.
To fill every enterprise car with gas to the full level:
i. Trucks, each day as they return from the route.
ii. LDV’s or Cars as and when they want fuel.

To make certain business enterprise does now not lose gas stock:
i. Control keys for pumps, tanks (underground / above ground), and all different in re-fueling area.
ii. Keep pump(s) locked when leaving the fuel-bay area.
iii. To record any leakages to the Transport workshop.
iv. To precisely document gasoline issued per automobile alongside the pump opening and closing analyzing for every character transaction on the gasoline business enterprise sheets provided.
Additional job/tasks:
i. Assist via shifting automobiles from the fuel bay to the wash-bay.
ii. Assist with the aid of transferring cars when requested by way of Transport.
iii. Assist with accepted duties at the workshop.
iv. Assist with the putting off of decals from vehicles.
