REACTION FORCE MANAGER

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
A Vehicle Patrol Officer is to patrol and reply to purchasers and indicators forwarded from the monitoring center.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Grade 10
PSIRA Registered Grade C & AR
Firearm competency
JOB REQUIREMENTS & OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

Valid driver’s license – two years
Master drive
Area knowledge

DUTIES
You are required to familiarise yourself with the area
Maintain response instances as required through management
Possess the crucial riding competencies required
To make use of the shortest viable routes in the area
Familiarise yourself with the premises.
Follow up with customers after serious incidences and provide assistance
Pay unique interest to all callsAssist with any issues or complaints
Do public family members and introduction calls to a new client
Ensuring the protection of consumers by using checking premises totally and have the welfare of the consumer at coronary heart at all times

Show empathy to customers and have the capacity to pay attention attentively to clients
Give full remarks to consumers the place necessary
Uniform etiquette. Conduct every day parade and comply with Standing Operating Procedures (SOP)
The normal look of the vehicle. Complete daily/weekly checklist
Maintained private hygiene
Daily parades will be conducted
Officers are required to publish complete reviews and comments as requested from time to time
Ensure observe right radio strategies as prescribed through ADT Security
Accurate statistics are to be forwarded each upwards and downward
Keep your workstation/office neat and tidy at all times
Attend all required conferences and coaching sessions
Have specialist know-how about all sides pertaining to your position
