Job Purpose
To effectively manage the Stores processes to enable Units within the various Clusters to deliver a high standard of service, resulting in satisfied customers.

Key Responsibility Areas
Assume responsibility for the delivery of goods to depot and user departments. Assume responsibility for the safe custody of the stocks at the Depot Stores when relieving . Control the issue of fuel and oil. Undertake stock taking from various stores. Create new stores on the JDE computer system. Attend to queries relating to the store operations. Liaise with suppliers/contractors and Purchasing staff in respect of quantities to be ordered. Supervise and control staff performance and training.

Essential Requirements
Matric/ Grade 12. Valid motor vehicle drivers license. 12 Months experience as a Storekeeper in a computerized store. Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements
Appropriate Diploma in Stores Management. 18 Months relevant experience.

Remuneration
R182 363.51 – R236 726.57 Per Annum
