Requirements :

Minimum ABET Level 2, Grade 6 or equivalent qualification. Ability to work under Pressure. Must have ability to work independently. Must be able to work night duty. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and write.

Duties :
Render quality customer care. Supervise staff living in the residence. Do daily floor inspections. Identify maintenance issues and report to the supervisor. Manage all aspects of accommodation, ensure security, confidentiality, privacy and safety of residents. This includes locking up of residence gates / entrance at night. Perform any other duties delegated by the supervisor.
