Core Group: Supply Chain Graduate 2021

Location: Sandton, Gauteng

Assistance with the inbound supply chain Management of inventory file data Management of CTO Supply Chain.

Responsibilities :

CTO Supply Chain:

• Ensure quotes are compiled and generated within 24 hours of receipt of a quotation request
• Generate a purchase order onto vendors for any sales orders received
• Track and trace of orders
• Maintain and record an accurate account of shipping timelines and activities

Inbound Supply Chain:

• Assist Supply Chain Controllers with Day-to-Day shipping activities when required
• Managing orders with supplier, order placing, follow up and distribution of stock

Inventory File Management:

• Generation and maintenance of Inventory Master on Syspro and Fincon
• Maintenance of customer contract pricing on Syspro

Croe Group candidates may be subjected to pre employement tests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a tertiary qualification, preferably a BComm degree.
• A relevant honours degree would be preferable. (Supply chain / Finance)

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in supply chain
• Experience in a FMCG or Retail environment would be advantageous.
