Job Description
Nando’s SA is searching for a Creditors Clerk to be part of its Finance team. The candidate would make certain the correct processing of creditor transactions and control lenders thru to reconciliation whilst making sure timeous payment.

Duties and Responsibilities
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT – Submits requests for dealer statements and month-to-month dealer invoices – Accurately prepares reconciliations between lenders money owed statements and the ERP age evaluation – Actively follows up to get to the bottom of and limit object reconciliation – Arranges full fee as per the reconciled provider statement, on or earlier than the date that creditor phrases stipulate and taking full benefit of any early fee or agreement reductions – Generates EFT’s, submitting these for evaluate collectively with reconciliations and making sure that repayments are approved – Prepares cheques and remittance recommendation – Communicates remittance recommendation to suppliers and requests proof of repayments – Participates in inside and exterior audits
RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING – Maintains gorgeous filing records, processes, and commonplace administration – Maintains data of suppliers with charge methods, fee terms, and cut-price phrases – Ensures that the agreed buying and selling phrases of a range of suppliers are mirrored in the age evaluation
CONTRACTOR AND SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT – Communicates generally with suppliers to request provider statements and different integral documentation – Liaises with suppliers concerning fee phrases and prerequisites – Attends to provider queries and takes remedial actions, following up as terrific – Sends remittance recommendation to suppliers as soon as the charge run has been accomplished – Sends proof of price to suppliers when requested
