||To educate customers about various processes, legislation, systems, new products and how to interpret and understand reports.
To ensure the resolution of queries by dealing and referring them to the different Liberty pillar structures.
To ensure that the business meets the service obligation to customers within set SLA’s.
To identify opportunities to improve benefit offerings and present these to the financial advisors.
To identify those businesses under threat and highlight this to line management for possible intervention.
To identify opportunities to improve on current products, processes and procedures and provide the information to line management.
To ensure all day to day activities are in compliance with legislation and business rules.
||Matric with Mathematics essential
||2-3 years in employee benefits industry in a servicing or administration role
