Admin Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Capturing invoices and other documents as advised
  • Control and checking of relevant documentation.
  • Ensure general neatness of office area.
  • General administration.
  • Ensure that all documents received according to company policies
  • Other Adhoc duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Matric
  • Must have experience in Data Capturing
  • Experience in hardware environment & product knowledge advantageous
  • Strong administration abilities
  • Strong computer skills

 

BEHAVIOURAL DIMENSIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail, Ability to perform under pressure, Must work accurately and meticulously
