Requirements
Grade 12 plus 0- 2 years of experience in Administration. COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of relevant legislation/policy/prescripts and procedures. Basic knowledge of financial administration. Basic knowledge of Human Resource. Promotion of Access to Information Act of 2000. National Archives and Records Services of South Africa Act, 1996. SKILLS- Sound organisational skills. Telephone etiquette Language skills. Computer Skills (Microsoft Package)Ability to communication well with people at different levels and from different backgrounds and written communication skills. ATTRIBUTES- People centred, Professionalism, Collective responsibility, Self-management & motivation, Reliability, Honesty and integrity, Strong ethics.

Duties
Collect data on maintenance and repairs. Monitor completeness of data. Capture data on the relevant maintenance system. Validate that data was correctly captured. Liaise with different units to collect data and information in the correct formats and within agreed timeframes. Provide training to stakeholders on the data to be collected. Provide technical support to validate the quality and completeness of data. Coordinate procurement for goods and services. Provide financial support services. Administer transport services. Manage the stores
